Even I am just a cheap cheap supervisor, I still need to “in” pp. But luckily I just needed to sit in… no need to do the real talking, otherwise 用我有限公司的英文, die straight! The real interviewers are my two bosses, who really… like to torture interviewees. Although it is very bian tai, this kind of “torturing” shows can be quite enjoyable~

I just attended one interview today. This one…. too funny! I needed to excused myself and run outside the room and laughed and then calm down and return back to the room.
Before the interview, my small boss brought her from ground floor to our office. When the interviewee (a girl) was filling the form, he told me, he didn’t like her…. Outside the conference room, my big big boss was reading her application form and… O! How could handwriting so UGLY like that…. And some more she used a lot of correction liquid…. Point deducted!
In front of my big big boss, my small boss emphasized again… I don’t like her~! I almost wanted to laugh! Ok ok, I know lah…

When I really met the person, I immediately understood the point – “I don’t like her” and I could feel the same too. Since my whole brain was connected to the “I finally understand why my little boss thinks in this way!” 的瘋狂狀態, I just want to laugh. I tried my very best to be professional and 忍住…. But finally I thought I would be going to 出醜 so I quickly excused my self and run away. It was just 2 mins after we had started.

I should not 以貌取人 but 樣貌 is the easiest and the fastest way to judge a person. Her attitude and also her voice made me feel that she is not friendly at ALL~ The key elements of working in customer services are 頭腦轉數快 and 任勞任怨之餘還彬彬有禮,親切有善. Sorry, I cannot see she got any one of the above.

Normally, when the interviewee is obviously “cannot make it”, we wont waste time to continue. Anyhow throw out some questions and then “bye bye”. Next~! However, due to our very inefficient HR, we only have one and only one CV and one and only one interviewee. So sad… so my boss chewed and chewed this interviewee and tired to dig out more positive point from this lady. But more she dig, the more illogical answers we received… Let her go la… pls stop the torturing for all of us….

After the whole thing, we all three shook head and ah…
